1️⃣ Original ID proof of one member to be submitted at the time of check in. 

2️⃣ Keep the Swimming pool and Villa premises clean. Waste to be strictly thrown in the dust-bin.

3️⃣Drinking & eating inside the pool is strictly prohibited. 

4️⃣ Check in 1:00PM & Check out: 11.00AM 

5️⃣ Loud Music not allowed AFTER 10 PM slow MUSIC inside villa

6️⃣Check-in of the guest is permitted only after full payment. 

7️⃣No refund in case of any natural calamities, road blockage, landslide, curfew or any other political activities. 

8️⃣A deposit of Rs.5000/- will be incurred at the time of Check-in, apart from the rental amount. In case of damages, charges will be applicable from the deposit. 

In case of NO DAMAGE, the deposit amount will be refunded without any deduction.
